While AI will march on, he doesn’t foresee seismic shifts in 2024. Rather, expect incremental gains versus massive leaps after ChatGPT. The real fireworks are still a few years away.

A Pasadena company which became famous pioneering robotic fast food chefs has announced it intends to open the world’s first AI powered, fully autonomous restaurant.
The Cali Group is a Pasadena-based holding company leveraging technology to reshape the restaurant and retail sectors. The Group announced Tuesday it is partnering with Miso Robotics and PopID, both also based in Pasadena, to launch a ‘CaliExpress by Flippy’ restaurant.
Employing cutting-edge systems in food technology, both grill and fry stations at CaliExpress will boast complete automation, driven by state-of-the-art proprietary artificial intelligence and robotics.
AI Is Saving Some Sales Teams Over 2 Hours of Work
Artificial Intelligence and automation tools appear to be saving sales professionals over two hours of work each day a new study has found.
According to the software company HubSpot, sales teams are saving two hours and 15 minutes each day by utilising Al tools to automate manual tasks such as meeting scheduling, note-taking, outreach creation and editing, and data entry.
The study surveyed 648 sales professionals and 303 business leaders in the US earlier in 2023 on "how they're using Al and automation tools".
