Getting Started with Claude AI (and how it's different from ChatGPT)

It's not only ChatGPT. All chatbots from Google’s Bard to Claude 2 make up sources, facts, and statistics out of thin air. The worst part is they spit them back at you with complete conviction.

Getting Started With Claude AI (and how it's different from ChatGPT)

There's no doubt about it: Claude 2 is coming for the chatbot king's crown. You've surely heard the rumblings lately... that top tier marketers and copywriters are using Claude 2 over ChatGPT. Why?

Claude 2 allows users to input more information in novel ways, processes a broader understanding of recent events, and introduces new capabilities for personalized, contextual dialogue.

More importantly, like we mentioned last week, the chatbot seems to be providing more human-sounding outputs that require less editing. We're also getting more out of Claude 2 as an ideation machine to generate hooks, mechanisms, and even headlines.

With all the buzz around Claude 2, how can one tap into its potential? If you're ready to dive in, we've got just the guide for you. ZDNet released a step-by-step walkthrough to harness the power of Claude 2. Not only for creative means, but also for direct tasks that ChatGPT isn't capable of.

Khan You Believe It? How AI is Schooling the Learning Game

In the heart of our tech-driven classrooms, a surprising turn of events is reshaping the way we view modern education.

While most of the world has been focused on the sci-fi dream of holographic teachers and digital blackboards, insiders are buzzing about a different story altogether. And it's not just about robots taking over.

Take Sal Khan of Khan Academy, for instance. A pioneer in online education, Khan doesn't believe we should fight the bots. He's embracing AI and even creating one of his own named 'Khanmigo'. He says AI assistants are the next logical step in educational evolution.

But what exactly is AI's role in our future classrooms? How is it sending shockwaves throughout the educational community? And why should marketers care? (Hint: They 100% should!).

Dive into the full story with Mel Parrott's eye-opening insights on how AI is turning education on its head.

Prompt of the Week

An AI prompt for marketers is a text input designed to guide an AI like ChatGPT in generating creative marketing ideas and copy. It helps you leverage AI to enhance your campaigns and decision-making processes.

This week's prompts can help you level up your offers and come up with new bonuses. They come courtesy of the magnificent Molly Mahoney...who after all the all of the recent hubbub around Alex Hormozi's book launch...thought it would be fun to go back and take 100 Million Offers and create a few prompts to dig even deeper into really powerful offer creation.

All in all, Molly put together 10 amazing prompts and shows you exactly how to use them in her latest post in the AI Marketers group.

Here's a sneak peek at just ONE of the powerful outputs you can expect to get from these prompts.

Unraveling AI

Subscriber Submitted Question: "As someone just getting started using AI, how do I make it sound more human? Right now, every output from ChatGPT sounds like it was written by a robot."

Our Answer: Let us ask you this: What kind of human do you want the AI to sound like? Do you want AI to sound like a 21 year old valley girl from LA or a 65 year old farmer from Iowa? The only way to make AI sound like a 'human' is by telling and showing it what kind of human you want it to imitate.

So step one is doing your own research. Understanding what your target audience actually sounds like. How do they talk to each other when they're not at work? What slang do they use? What movie quotes make 'em laugh? You can't just feed AI a bunch of boring data and expect it to sound like your funniest buddy shooting the breeze over beers.

Then, the key is feeding it with plenty of examples of real conversations from our ideal customers. By analyzing text with words your audience uses, interviews, social media, and support tickets, AI can start reflecting the style of how these people naturally communicate. We copywriters still need to add our understanding of humanity to perfect it.

While the tech provides the information, we are the ones who give it the soul.

Tool to Try

Gling - This AI tool takes your raw recorded video/audio, filled with unwanted silences and disfluencies...and cuts out all the irrelevant parts... for more watchable videos. Stop spending time wading through the minefield of
time-consuming edits. Start creating more.

Here's how easy Gling is to use:

Step 1: Upload raw recording - Select one or more video files, GLing will send it for AI transcription, and will remove your bad takes for you.

Step 2: Edit & Review - Review your edited video. You can further edit the video by removing parts of the text or by taking out clips from the timeline.

Step 3: Export - Export to your favourite editor. Gling supports Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve & Adobe Premiere, or export straight to MP4 or MP3 media files, and captions in SRT format.

Google Upgrades Apps with Powerful AI Capabilities

Google announced the launch of its Duet AI assistant for its in-house workspace apps such as Drive, Gmail, and Docs. The product was initially announced at Google’s I/O developer conference earlier this year. Finally, the AI assistant is available for the general public.

Adding Duet can help users broaden the scope of these traditionally popular apps. For instance, Docs users will be able to create slides from the content outline. Alternatively, Sheets users can create customized charts based on data on a sheet.

In Gmail, Duet will help draft emails, check grammar, and more. Another exciting feature is that it will be able to take notes during video meetings. To utilize this feature, select the “Make notes for me” option before starting the call, and the application will record the main actions during the meeting.

If the user is late, they can ask Duet to show them a summary from the beginning or middle to understand what they missed. When the meeting ends, Duet can save the summary to Docs for users to return to as needed.

OpenAI launches ChatGPT Enterprise

OpenAI announced its biggest news since ChatGPT’s debut: It’s launching ChatGPT Enterprise, the AI chatbot’s business tier, available now.

The tool has been in development for “under a year” and had the help of more than 20 companies of varying sizes and industries, OpenAI COO Brad Lightcap told CNBC. ChatGPT Enterprise includes access to GPT-4 with no usage caps, performance that’s up to two times faster than previous versions, and API credits.

One key differentiator between ChatGPT Enterprise and the consumer-facing version is that ChatGPT Enterprise will allow clients to input company data to train and customize ChatGPT for their own industries and use cases, although some of those features weren't yet available in last Monday’s debut.
