This case is different from artists who use AI as a tool. Those creators might still get copyrights because humans guide the process. Thaler strongly disagrees with the ruling and plans to appeal. Meanwhile, the Copyright Office is celebrating the decision, calling it "the correct result."

Adobe just added AI "agents" to its marketing tools that help brands create smarter website experiences. These new tools can personalize content based on how visitors find your site - like showing different information to someone who clicked a TikTok ad versus a Google search result.

People now expect to chat with websites like they do with ChatGPT. Adobe's tools make this possible while giving the chatbot important context about the visitor.

For example, if someone clicks on a beach vacation ad and then asks about booking a trip, the chatbot can recommend similar destinations they might like.
