This “Compliance Bot” Reviews Copy For You (Then Fixes It)

A lot of people have asked Stefan Georgi about using AI to review copy for compliance. That's why he made his new "Compliance Checker" Custom GPT.

The way it works is pretty straight forward: You simply upload your copy or provide a link to it in the chat, and the tool reviews it against Meta’s Advertising Policies, identifying any potential red flags.

What’s particularly useful is that you can also link to specific ads or upload images, and it will review these as well, providing feedback.

Then from there, you can request the "Compliance Checker" to rewrite your ad for alignment with Meta’s Advertising Policies, and it will assist with that.

Prompt of the Week

An AI prompt for marketers is a text input designed to guide an AI like ChatGPT in generating creative marketing ideas and copy. It helps you leverage AI to enhance your campaigns and decision-making processes.

This Week's Feature: The Prompt Optimizer

In last week's edition, we shared an eye-opening paper submitted to Cornell University by AI researchers who revealed 26 breakthrough prompt principles.

These principles were found to produce superior responses from ChatGPT and other chatbots. To save you time and effort, we've developed a way to incorporate these principles into your own prompts. The 'Prompt Optimizer' automatically reviews your prompts to ensure they adhere to these principles.

It then provides suggestions on how to improve your prompt based on these principles. It's like having your own expert prompt engineer mentoring you in real-time.

THE PROMPT:

💡
Please review the following original prompt based on the principles for effective prompting:

11. Specifies the format or structure of the expected response.
12.Utilizes leading words or phrases to guide the response.
13. Ensures accuracy and detail in responses.
14.Requests specific examples or details for clarity.
14. Assigns roles to the chatbot to shape the response, where relevant.
15. Uses delimiters for structure and clarity.

20. Encourages the exploration of different perspectives.
21. Invites the chatbot to ask clarifying questions, if needed.
22. Includes phrases that define the scope and nature of the task.

For each point, provide specific feedback (if applicable) on how well the original prompt aligns with these principles, and suggest improvements where necessary.

You do not need to list points where this point passes, only point out where it doesn't pass and suggest how it could incorporate the point.

Unraveling AI

Subscriber Submitted Question: "With the rise of voice search, how can AI be utilized to optimize content for voice search queries? And what are the key differences here compared to traditional text-based SEO?"

Our Answer:

Use Conversational Keywords: People speak differently than they type. For voice search optimization, focus on long-tail keywords that mimic natural speech. Utilize AI tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to identify these conversational phrases. For example, instead of targeting "best coffee shops NYC," target "Where's the best coffee shop near me in NYC?"

Incorporate Questions: Voice searches are often phrased as questions. Use AI tools like Answer the Public to find common questions related to your business. For a bakery, this might include, "What is the best bakery near me?" or "How to make gluten-free bread?" Include these questions and their answers in your content.

Optimize for Local Searches: Voice searches are frequently local. Make sure your business details are updated on Google My Business. Use AI to analyze local search trends and include relevant local keywords in your content. For instance, if you're a florist in San Francisco, ensure phrases like "flower delivery in San Francisco" are in your content.

Test and Refine: Use AI analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor how your voice search optimization is performing. Look for increases in traffic from voice search devices and refine your strategy based on what's working. Regularly update your content with fresh, conversational phrases and questions to stay relevant.

Swifties Scammed by Fake AI Taylor Swift Ads

Taylor Swift was not a part of a Le Creuset kitchenware giveaway, as some Swifties learned the hard way getting caught up in an Artificial Intelligence-backed scam.

An unconfirmed amount of fans were duped into believing that the 34-year-old was offering her dedicated fans the chance to snag some of the very Instagrammable cast iron cooking equipment via Facebook, according to The New York Times.

The video, featuring an autogenerated image of Taylor, complete with a near-perfect manipulation of her speaking voice, was shared via multiple Facebook pages and was even spotted on TikTok.

Victims were then directed to click a button underneath, leading them to a survey, with an extra urgent reminder that “supplies are running out” from Taylor, a noted fan of the brand. Their $625 Dutch oven made an appearance in her revealing Netflix documentary, Miss Americana and the Heartbreak Prince, and they are often seen dotted around her kitchen, according to Instagram posts.
